- Gargle, hum, and yawn – It’s not just good for sore throats.
- Sing – Yes, rocking out in your car or in the shower is actually good for you. Or, if rocking out isn’t your thing, try chanting Om. There’s actually research suggesting that chanting a mantra or reciting rosary prayer brings your body’s rhythms into synchronicity.
